A man with an eerie voice talks on a CB radio throughout the film. A 18-wheeler crashes into a muscle car, causing it to flip onto its roof. Shortly after, the truck deliberately makes a second round and causes the muscle car to explode. Two men are bound to chairs and are forced to play a torture version of the popular casino game "craps".
