Julia Goldani Telles was born on March 18, 1995, in Los Angeles, California, to Ana Maria Goldani and Edward Eric Telles, a sociologist. Her mother is Brazilian while her father is Mexican. She has no siblings. When she was 2, her parents relocated to Rio de Janeiro. She began learning ballet dancing at age 5.
At age 13, Julia Goldani Telles got her start in the world of acting. Telles started out her career landing roles in the series "Nurse Jackie" (Showtime, 2008-2015) and "Blue Bloods" (CBS, 2010-).
