Kaliningrad Oblast (Russian: Калинингра́дская о́бласть, Kaliningradskaya oblast) is an exclave of Russia bordered by Poland, Lithuania and Baltic Sea. The capital of Kaliningrad Oblast is Kaliningrad, formerly Königsberg. It is quite unusual, first because it is not attached to Russia.
