Charles III William (German: Karl III. Wilhelm von Baden-Durlach; Durlach, 27 January [O.S. 17 January] 1679 – 12 May 1738, Karlsruhe) was Margrave of Baden-Durlach between 1709 and 1738. He was the son of Margrave Frederick Magnus of Baden-Durlach and Augusta Maria of Schleswig-Holstein-Gottorp.
Wilhelm von Baden-Durlach (* 17. Januar jul. / 27. Januar 1679 greg. in Durlach, später Geburtstag gefeiert am 28. Januar [1]; † 12. Mai 1738 in Karlsruhe) regierte die Markgrafschaft Baden-Durlach von 1709 bis 1738 als absoluter Herrscher. Er gründete 1715 die Stadt Karlsruhe und verlegte dorthin die Residenz der Markgrafschaft.
