May 25, 2010 · Today I finished a three day course at Sunchaser tools. Ken Sakamoto the owner offers a course on how to repair metal that will require no Bondo when done. He has developed a friction disk that heats the metal up (after much hammer and dolly work), I'll be damned this thing really is cool.
Apr 1, 2007 · from Brentwood, TN USA. I stopped at the Sunchaser Tools booth at the GoodGuys show yesterday and was checking out Ken Sakamoto's "Friction System" for dent removal in sheetmetal. They offer a 3-day workshop in Pomona on how to use their system. This looks a lot like John Kelly's friction disk except it has ridges on the disk.

Mar 20, 2008 · The latest method of heating and shrinking metal is the Shrinking Disk. There are imitators out there, but the original was designed and patented by Ken Sakamoto of Sunchaser Tools.
Dec 25, 2002 · So at the last Goodguys show I went to I saw a guy named Ken Sakamoto demonstrating the powers of his Friction System sold through Sunchaser Tools. Basically a serrated disc that helps knock down high spots. I've been researching it for quite a while and it seems to have nothing but good reviews.
