Kepple Elias Disney (1832–1891) was born in Co. Kilkenny, Ireland. He was the eldest son of Arundel Elias Disney (1801-1880) and Maria Swan. Kepple married Mary Richardson (1838–1909) with whom he had a son named Elias (1859-1941). This Elias (born in the Village of Bluevale, Ontario) would later become the father of the famous Walt Disney.
