  1. Jul 6, 2007 · I usually train 5-6 days per week off season, 7 days on season. Cardio varies depending on the goal and my body fat %. A normal off season day would be 2 muscle groups (Chest & Tris, Back & Bis, Shoulders & Calves….etc) One Heavy weight, lower reps (4-10) and one Lighter weight, higher reps (15-25). Legs are done alone.
