I am using GTA V 1.0.2699.0, on a Windows 11 64bit computer. My firewall is not blocking the application, and I am running it as an adminitrator. The mod folder is located on the desktop. None of the mod functions (teleport, money rig, never wanted, vehicle spawn, etc.) are working so far, not even in Story mode.

There can be multiple reasons why it won't show up in-game. Only .lua files go inside the script folder;.rar/zip/.json files will not work! When the menu is downloaded, it comes compressed. Use a file uncompressor such as Winrar or Winzip to extract these files. (Windows 11 has a built-in file uncompressor.)
