I know that Kirk went on Facebook saying he was fired which caused the showrunners to scramble and do damage control saying they didn't fire him. But did he ever talk about what happened? I know many of the cast had a hard time on the show, but did he ever discuss his experience on the show?
May 23, 2022 · When the season 2 premiere aired, Acevedo said in a Facebook post that he had been “fired” from the Fringe series. Pinkner denied this claim, and instead suggested that his death had more to do with its plans for the alternate universe version of the character [via EW ].

There will be an episode in S2 where he is back alive which will be weird, but it is because it was an episode filmed for Season 1 that never aired during Season one and they stuck it in with S two for some reason.
