Bio of Kit Andrews LOCAL 12 Anchor. Kit Andrews, a native of Seattle, WA, first came to Cincinnati in April 1981. She is currently the LOCAL 12 Anchor at Noon, 4pm and 5:30pm. Kit is a graduate of Washington State University where she earned a BA in Communications and a Minor in History.
