The recommendation form must be signed with the submitting member’s name, initiated chapter and year of initiation. WHO CAN SEND.

The Recruitment Information Form (RIF) is to be completed by a Chi Omega alumna in good standing for the purpose of recommending an outstanding young woman for membership.
