The Greater Los Angeles Zoo Association (GLAZA) is a private, nonprofit partner of the Zoo. Staff in the areas of fundraising, membership, marketing, special events, administration, and volunteer services are employed by GLAZA. All staff in gift shops, food stands, trams, and catering are employed by the Zoo’s concessionaire, SSA Group, LLC.
