Omega XL also doesn’t list the amounts of DHA or EPA (the predominant omega-3 fatty acids found in marine oils shown to have potential health benefits).

So what are Great Health Works, Omega XL, and Larry K claiming that this product can do for inflammation and other issues? They claim Omega XL: Supports Joint Health and Mobility.

It promises to reduce joint pain, inflammation and help with pain relief. The company marketing places a lot of emphasis on the source of its essential fatty acids including Omega 3, Green Lipped Mussels.
