Le Moulin de Mougins is located in a sixteenth century olive mill on a hill five kilometres from Cannes. The restaurant became one of the most famous restaurants on the French Riviera mostly thanks to the founding chef Roger Vergé who invented La Cuisine du Soleil (the cuisine of the sun). In 2009 Sébastien Chambru took over as the Head Chef.
