Radziwill died on February 15, 2019, aged 85, in her apartment on the Upper East Side of Manhattan. The funeral service was held at St. Thomas More in New York City; among the funeral guests were Caroline Kennedy, Carole Radziwill, Marc Jacobs, Tory Burch, Andre Leon Talley, Sofia Coppola, Carolina Herrera, Peter Beard and Deeda Blair.
