Capes. Ely.by Skinsystem does not support capes. Log into this Ely.by in Legacy Launcher. Click account (nickname) selection menu. Select "account manager". Press the "+" button. Select "Ely.by Account". In the opened browser window, log in to your account. Launch the game.
