1080p bit rates and file sizes can be much smaller. My numbers are intended for 4k HDR files with 7.1 lossless audio. For 1080p movies I try to download at least 4 GB and above 5 Mbps. I think Netflix uses around 5 Mbps for 1080p. My best 1080p content has around 30 Mbps.
i only search for 4K remuxes of movies which get at least a 4.5 out of 5 score, both for video quality and audio quality. i get the scores from a very reliable source on the internet. i m also seeing that every 4K remux i download is, at least, 25GB, to eliminate fake 4K remuxes (which are actually touched and compressed, hence not real remuxes).
some groups re-encode the video/audio data from blurays or web with high efficiency codecs and configs to produce much smaller files, usually around 15-20GB for 4K on the lower end and 2-3GB for 1080p and so on.
