The Lil Nas X Concert Experience was a virtual concert event on Roblox. It was sponsored by the music artist, Lil Nas X (LilNasX on Roblox) to promote his new song HOLIDAY. The event game opened on November 10, 2020, to countdown for the pre-launch party. The pre-launch party was held on November 13 and the actual concert was held on November 14 and 15.
The main concert game was raided during YouTuber mrflimflam's Junkbot raid, resulting in some players being unable to teleport into the main concert place among other issues, including models in the game freezing in place, or some parts of models failing to load. They at first raided Da Hood, which also broke the website for a bit, as they tried to teleport over 220,000 players at the same time while the concert was happening. The raid also caused the Avatar editor on the website to stop working for a bit.
An in-game timer was displayed, counting down to when the event was going to start. Once the timer had finished counting down, players were teleported to the Concert Game. Once there, players had to wait for 10 more minutes until the actual concert began. After all of the songs were sung, players would be then teleported back to the Lobby.
After the event, the island was covered in snow, referencing "HOLIDAY", and giant snowballs and snowmen also spawned on the map. Furthermore, the pre-show event also replayed every hour.
