Jan 30, 2023 · Lisa Loring, who played Margo and Craig’s younger sister, Cricket, on AS THE WORLD TURNS in the early 1980s, has died at the age of 64 after having a stroke. As Loring’s daughter, Vanessa Foumberg, told Variety, her mom “went peacefully with both her daughters holding her hand.”
In 1980, Loring joined the cast of the soap opera "As the World Turns". She portrayed Cricket Montgomery, a half-sister of the regular character Margo Montgomery Hughes. Loring continued appearing in the series until 1984. In 1981, Loring married the soap opera actor Doug Stevenson.
