Full Circle is the tenth and final episode of the first season of Lovecraft Country, and the tenth episode overall. This episode aired on Sunday, October 18, 2020 on HBO.

Season One Finale. After uncovering the origins of the Book of Names, the gang heads back to Ardham to cast the ultimate spell.

Tic, Leti, Montrose, and Hippolyta return home with Dee and the Book of Names. They carry her upstairs, and Tic recites the spell to unbind the book. It opens up to a page featuring Tic’s birthmark. He and Leti then lose consciousness and fall to the floor.

Tic finds himself back in the Sons of Adam Lodge with Hanna, and she tells him the story of how she escaped as the lodge burned to the ground. Knowing that her child had Titus’ blood, Hanna feared that the Order would come looking for them, so she used a spell Titus created to keep their bloodline hidden from all who know magic. Every night when Hanna would close her eyes, she’d find herself back in the lodge being burned alive, suffering an unbearable pain. She tried to make it stop. But the flames she ran through to escape followed her in death. Eventually, Hanna realized that the fire was her rage made manifest, that it could be tamed. She did that and made the ancestral realm a safe place for their ancestors. She then realized that magic was a gift, and now passes it on to Tic.

Leti finds herself back at Dora’s childhood home with Hattie, who reveals that Hanna unknowingly birthed the ancestral space they currently occupy when she opened the Book of Names for the first time. She believed that she had been sent to Hell and that she was being punished for using the devil’s tools. Before Hanna took her own life, she dared to open the book once more, Hattie adds. She searched for a spell that would bind it shut forever. Hattie’s family has protected the book for generations, but now it’s Leti’s burden to bear. She warns Leti against following in Hanna’s footsteps and binding the book out of fear. She will need to be strong to fix Hanna’s mistake.

Tic asks for Hanna’s help in saving Dee. She replies: “You gonna save ‘em all.” Tic then finds himself in his father’s apartment, where he comes face-to-face with his mother. Dora greets Tic with a hug as he whimpers in her arms. Dora knows what Hanna asks of Tic, for him to sacrifice himself, but Tic isn’t ready to die. Still, Dora encourages him to stop Christina at all cost. She tells him that there’s no choice. Their destinies are set. She then tells Tic how he has the best traits of Montrose and George. She assures him that Hanna's spell will change everything.

Hattie teaches Leti to read the Language of Adam. Tic arrives with Dora, and together they use the Book of Names to cast a spell to save Dee.

Hippolyta and Montrose try to wake Tic and Leti but they remain unconcious. It’s then that Hippolyta notices that Dee is healing. Moments later, Tic and Leti awaken, shortly followed by Dee, who’s arm remains decayed from the curse.
