They claim to be water proof and have an anti seize additive for more surface coverage. I can say that is true and not true at the same time. let me start with the anti seize additive and protection against wear.

Mar 15, 2024 · I have Red N Tacky in the standard 14 oz size, but I also need to get a grease gun into some smaller cramped locations. Using a mini grease gun makes getting in there easier. Red N Tacky in the 3 oz size is hard to find, or in packaging of one tube mixed with two other types of lube I don't need. This was great to find this to make the job easier.

Comparable greases would be Philips Polytac EP 2, Chevron Black Pearl grease, John Deere SD Polyurea. Those would be the most common brands but there are others. Finding any polyurea grease right now is hard.
I've been using Lucas Red N Tacky grease for a few years now and find it to be an excellent product. I own four trailers and use the grease in the hubs. These trailers are used on long cross country trips and I cannot afford a breakdown on the road. This product has met the challenge.

Lucas Red N Tacky grease is an average quality No. 2 NLGI GC-LB lithium complex multi-purpose grease. It is a tacky grease just as the name implies, but it also separates and makes a mess everywhere in warmer temperatures, unlike my preferred brand greases.
