- Benjamin Ford (b. Sept. 22, 1966) Ford's oldest child is Benjamin Ford, born in 1966 to Ford's first wife Mary Marquardt. Benjamin grew up to become a successful chef and restaurateur, co-owning the gastropub Ford’s Filling Station in Los Angeles.
- Willard Ford (b. May 14, 1969) Also born to Mary Marquardt, Willard Ford became an entrepreneur. He created the clothing brand Ludwig Clothing Company and founded the Strong Sports Gym in Los Angeles.
- Malcolm Ford (b. Oct. 3, 1987) Malcolm is Ford's son with second wife Melissa Mathison. He attended school out of the spotlight, in Jackson Hole, Wyoming, but still found himself called to the entertainment industry.

- Ben Ford. Harrison’s first child arrived in September 1967, and Ben has certainly come a long way since then. The eldest Ford child is quite the popular and accomplished chef, as well as an author of Taming the Feast, a book that features step-by-step illustrated instructions for menus.
- Willard Ford. Willard is Harrison and Mary’s second child and was born in May 1969. Like his big brother, he did not go the acting route like his father.
- Malcolm Ford. In October 1987, Harrison and Melissa welcomed the star’s third child, Malcolm. Like his dad, Malcolm pursued a career in entertainment. Not only did he appear in the movie Water to Wine in 2004, but he’s also in an indie band called The Dough Rollers.
