It really depends how you get stabbed. If your throat is slashed there's a chance you'll survive even if you're alone. If it's stabbed from artery to artery puncturing just behind the esophagus, you'll pass out within seconds then you've got about 2 minutes and pressure isn't going to increase that time even if someone else is holding it.
