I thought I had this bookmarked, but apparently not. There is a Swiss website that shows you maps of the country with enough detail to zoom in and see specific buildings (well, a black square that indicates a structure). But more than that, this is a series of maps over time, with a "slider bar" that you can chose what year map you want to see.
