Feb 15, 2024 · Honeymoon Island State Park Hours & Fees. The park gates open at 8AM and the park closes at sundown (which could vary between 5:30PM-9PM throughout the year). It’s $8/vehicle (with 2-8 people) or $4/car with only one person. $2/pedestrian or bicyclist. Show up one hour before sunset and it’s only $4/vehicle!
Nov 9, 2020 · Honeymoon Island is a state park which means it follows the same rules as all of the other state parks in Florida. It is open from 8 am until sundown, 365 days a year. Now, sometimes the sunset is at 8:30pm and sometimes the sunset is at 5:30pm so the park does close at different times depending on what time of year you are visiting!
