Marco Antônio Barroso Nanini (born 31 May 1948) is a Brazilian actor. Most of his activities have been in comedy. Nanini achieved national sensation through his participation in the theatre piece "O Mistério de Irma Vap", together with fellow actor and friend Ney Latorraca.

At the age of ten, he finally settled in Rio de Janeiro. In the early 1960s, he worked at a bank and a hotel before starting his theatrical career, acting professionally for the first time in 'A Floresta Encantada', a children's play in 1965.
