Allen made the switch to linebacker in 2020 and played in 14 games, starting two and missing two due to injuries. He finished with 24 tackles, including 16 solo stops, two for a loss and two quarterback hits.

PITTSBURGH — The Pittsburgh Steelers re-signed inside linebacker Marcus Allen on Thursday after placing safety Damontae Kazee on the injured reserve list. Allen was one of the team’s final five cuts to get down to the 53-man roster limit on Tuesday.
