Mark Ginzburg is the CEO and founder of MTN Property Holdings and Ukrainian Investment Holding, located in Kiev, Ukraine. As the head of both MTN and UIH, Mark has built and developed over 380,000 square meters of commercial and residential space in and around the Kiev region.
