Martin Barnewitz. Instruktør, født 13/5 1974. Uddannet ved den alternative filmskole Super 16. Siden 1999 har han instrueret en række kort- og dokumentarfilm. Vandt prisen for bedste kortfilm på filmfestivalen i Mannheim-Heidelberg for sin psykologiske thriller "Glimt af mørke" (2004). "Kollegiet" er Barnewitz' debutfilm i spillefilmslængde.
