7/10. Worthy of a watch. r96sk 14 August 2020. Good film about 'Mary Kom'. It takes the usual liberties that biopics tend to do, but this film does it well as the story it produces is very interesting.
Made on a budget of ₹ 38 crore (US$4.8 million), Mary Kom was released on 5 September 2014 to generally positive reviews with praise for Chopra's performance. Upon its release, the film recorded the highest opening weekend of all time for a female-led Indian film.
