Nestled between the base of the escarpment, the Niagara River and Lake Ontario, Marynissen Estates is the home of the oldest commercial planting of Cabernet Sauvignon in Canada. Founder John Marynissen was a pioneer in planting the classic wine varieties in Ontario and garnered many accolades for his wines.
