Students receive notice of their residency matches beginning at noon (EDT) on the third Friday of March each year, and at WVU that event is shared by the entire School of Medicine community. It’s a celebratory day, full of laughter, hugs and even a few tears.
Family, loved ones and friends are invited to attend Match Day 2024! Doors will open at 11 a.m. A brief program will begin promptly at 11:30 a.m. Students will open their match envelopes at noon.
