Mathilde of Brabant, also called Machteld ( c. 1200 – 22 December 1267), was Countess of Holland by marriage to Floris IV, Count of Holland. She was regent of Holland and Zeeland in 1234–1235. [1] She was the fourth child and daughter of Mathilde of Flanders and Henry I, Duke of Brabant.

Not much is known of her youth, but she married Count Herman I of Henneberg-Coburg in 1249. They lived in Coburg. They had three children, but their only son died young.
Sometime between 1250 and 1254, Matilda married her second husband Guy III, Count of Saint-Pol. He was a younger son of consorts and co-rulers Hugh I, Count of Blois and Mary, Countess of Blois. They had six children: Hugh II of Châtillon (died 1307), Count of Saint Pol and later Count of Blois.
