In the photo above, I’m sending five different rebates in the same envelope. When these rebates are processed, the total for all of them will be sent back in the form of a credit check for Menards.

The rebate form will have the address of where to mail the rebate and a date by which the envelope must be post marked in order to receive the rebate. It will typically take about 4 weeks to get your rebate back in the mail.
