- Matilda Ledger. In Oct. 2005, Williams welcomed her first child, Matilda Ledger, with the late actor Heath Ledger. Williams was 25 at the time. Their lives changed swiftly afterward.
- Hart Kail. In 2020, Williams married her second husband, Thomas Kail, after her one-year marriage to musician Phil Elverum came to an end in 2019. The same year that she wed Kail, Williams gave birth to their son, Hart.
