Step 1: After logging into your AMCAS account, select the Schools Attended option and then Transcripts. After completing your transcript entry, select the Create Transcript Request Form link. Step 2: An AMCAS Transcript Request box will appear.

Transcripts Unofficial transcripts are available under the "Academic Records" tile. As of June 2021, all newly issued Student ID cards will include a Student ID number rather than an APID.

Have your official college-level transcript(s) sent directly from each school or institution attended to MSU. This includes transcripts from any dual enrollment or early/middle college programs and, if you have completed less than 28 semester credits, your official high school transcripts as well.
The Process. Current and former Students submit a transcript request and select "electronic" as the delivery format. Students will provide the recipient's name and email address. Recipient mailing address is also required for verification purposes.
