1978 – 1980. The original Coors Light logo, crafted in 1978, featured a two-leveled wordmark. “Coors,” rendered in red script, was positioned above “Light,” written in black cursive. The entire composition rested on a light beige background. The upper level introduced unique curved lines, which continue to be a hallmark of the logo to this day.
