    Mining is one of the main aspects of Minecraft and is done to extract ore and other materials mainly from below the surface of the map.     Add-ons‌[Bedrock Edition only] are the first step toward bringing customization to all editions of Minecraft and are officially supported by Mojang Studios/Minecraft.
