Today, there are 7 mosques in Belarus: Smilavičy, Iŭje, Slonim, and Navahrudak in the Grodno Region, Minsk and Kletsk in the Minsk Region, and Vidzy in the Vitebsk Region. From 1900 to 1902, a mosque was constructed in Minsk, but it was destroyed in 1962. On 11 November 2016, a replica of the mosque was opened in Minsk.
