The Museum of Contemporary Art, Los Angeles (MOCA) is a contemporary art museum with two locations in greater Los Angeles, California. The main branch is located on Grand Avenue in Downtown Los Angeles, near the Walt Disney Concert Hall.
Established in 1979, we are the only artist-founded museum in Los Angeles. We are dedicated to collecting and exhibiting contemporary art. We house one of the most compelling collections of contemporary art in the world, comprising of nearly 8,000 objects, and have a diverse history of ground-breaking, historically-significant exhibitions.
May 4 2021. MOCA Grand Avenue is open to the public with advance FREE ticket reservations. All visitors, including members, will need to get advance timed-entry tickets online. Phone reservations will be available at the MOCA Box Office by calling 213-633-5351 between the hours of 11am-3pm.
