IFW Hunting & Fishing Licenses. MOSES is the Department of Inland Fisheries & Wildlife's online hunting, fishing, and trapping licensing system. This service is available to any resident or non-resident sportsperson looking to hunt, fish, or trap in the State of Maine.
All licenses and registration are sold through the MOSES web based system. The MOSES system keeps track of all the licenses and registrations held by customers. The MOSES system also keeps track of all the inventory (stickers and licenses) that agents have as well as all of their sales.
