HEALTH PLANS. There are three health plan options, one PPO and two HMOs. The PPO plan is administered by the Motion Picture Industry Health and provided by Anthem/Blue Cross. The details of the coverage can be found between pages 35 and 67. The two HMO plans are offered through Health Net and Kaiser Permanente.
The Writers’ Guild-Industry Health Fund and the Producer-Writers Guild of America Pension Plan (collectively Fund/Plan) administer health and pension benefits for eligible writers.
