Wind's Poem is a New Earth Hegemony scientist, based out of the allocology Duality. Together with her cousin, Ocean's Roar, she is the leader of the group Truance. Her and her cousin came to the Mirage in the second wave of colonists. She is the main designer of the Reframe System, but has had limited effect in making it work.
