When the U.S. Army base at Münchweiler was closed, all buildings except for the base chapel were removed.
Some day, I will go through the pictures and post some. I was born in the Muenchweiler Hospital on December 5th, 1960. My older sister was born there on September 30th, 1959. Our Father was Stationed there from 1958 - 1961. I believe I was born there 2 March 1958, according to my birth certificate.
