    There was no story for Petrocelli to know who was behind the plot. Was there a story for Petrocelli to follow Andrea? Then, all they can prove is that Jonas & Vicki had possession of the tapes, that doesn't mean that it was VIcki who was playing them, because there was no story for the cues for her to play them until Jonas had made the call to Vicki that Jessica had brought up in the police station.

    Remember, the tapes don't play themselves, something had have triggered the tapes to be played for Andrea to have heard, so how could they prove that Vicki had played them, given that they didn't even place her at the place for her to play the tapes that Andrea had heard?

    Killer: Jonas Cole (conspired with Vicki Lawson)

    Victim: Rudolfo Petrocelli

    Cause of Death: Gunshot

    Motive: Wanted to kill his wife Andrea Beaumont to collect the $10 million life insurance policy he took out on her. Rudolfo Petrocelli caught him trying to descent from the balcony and was going to blackmail him.
