Robert John "Mutt" Lange (/ ˈ l æ ŋ /; born 11 November 1948) is a South African record producer, mainly known for his work in rock music as well as his previous marriage to Canadian singer Shania Twain, with whom he co-wrote and produced various songs.

However, he had an affair with her best friend Marie-Anne, who married his ex-wife Marie-Anne, and they divorced in 2001. He lives in Switzerland with his alleged wife and Marie-Anne.
