Washburn email address and MyWashburn: Students and employees should contact the OneStop either in person (on the ground level of Morgan Hall) or via email (SOS@washburn.edu) and make the request. (A request via email must be sent from the student’s existing official Washburn email address.)
Your username and password are your Washburn email address (first.last@washburn.edu) and your Washburn email password.
Our password management system (PortalGuard) provides a self-service avenue for students, faculty, and staff to unlock their Active Directory account or reset their Active Directory password. This is the WUAD password that is used for accessing your email, on-campus computers, D2L and more.
