May 31, 2021 · Pop open the WEB ARCHIVE GZ download option from the left side of the page. Scroll down until you see nfwritersontheirwayup.bcqkJvN.warc.gz and proceed to download. To unpack this gzip you can use the gzip -d nfwritersontheirwayup.bcqkJvN.warc.gz command on Unix systems or good old 7-zip on Windows.

The clock is ticking...

It's probably been a long time since you last used Yahoo Groups, which is part of the reason Yahoo has decided to shut the service down later this year.
That window gives you a few months to download your data before it's gone for good, and it's well worth doing; you might not recall exactly what you've shared on Yahoo Groups over the years, but there may be the odd photo or file that you'll look back on fondly, or posts that you'll want to hang onto.
To grab your content, head over to your Yahoo Group's page and you should see a link to download everything directly. Alternatively, you can log into your Yahoo account on Verizon Media's Privacy Dashboard and request the data.
There might be quite a lot to package up, depending on how active your Yahoo Groups were, so you'll receive an email once it's all archived and ready to download.

Dec 9, 2019 · 1. Sign in to Yahoo Groups and open the Group. 2. Click the Photos tab. 3. Click the Actions button for sort and display options. 4. Hover your cursor over an image, then click the Download icon on the bottom right corner of the image. Download individual Files.
As of 2019-10-16 the directory lists 5619351 groups. 2752112 of them have been discovered. 1483853 (54%) have public message archives with an estimated number of 2.1 billion messages (1389 messages per group on average so far). 1.8 billion messages (86%) have been archived as of 2018-10-28.
Dec 20, 2019 · Note: this is only for groups with 1000 or fewer members, due to Yahoo's Export restriction. If your group has more than 1000 members: Use PG Offline ($25 USD) or the chrome application for downloading members (free). PGO produces a CSV format file, the file produced by the Chrome app is tab-delimited.
