  2. What a great song. It went to number two on the US Billboard National Disco Action Top 30. Anyway, that was my favorite scene in the whole movie. Not only because I loved the song, but because the expert dancing of Hamilton and Saint James was so impressive. There were no cut scenes or stand-ins back then. They did the dancing themselves.

    • Watching the Detectives by Elvis Costello. There’s a reason this song is number one on the Crime Fiction Lover top 20, and that’s because it’s actually about a crime fiction lover.

    • Folsom Prison Blues by Johnny Cash. It’s the defining prison song and it was written by The Man In Black. Johnny Cash hadn’t actually been to Folsom Prison when he wrote those lines.

  6. Blue Rescue Team has the smallest soundtrack, but is the defenition of pmd music... as it was the start. It captures that feel. Gates has a lot more emotion in their music, while straying from the pmd feel, and giving themselves a standout flare. A lot more strings as well.
