Apperently Hedwig Potthast (Himmler's mistress) remarried after the war and the children, Nanette and Helge took their stepfather's name. Helge is apperently of ill health and Nanette is a doctor. Both live in northern Germany. They will not talk to the public nor will they tell anyone about their past, as to not burden the next generation.
